The Women’s Resource Center

The Women’s Resource Center was founded in July 2003 and is open to all women regardless of age, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation and social status.

The Women’s Resource Center supports women and provides resources to empower them, to encourage their participation in social, political and cultural activities, and to further their personal and professional development.

The Center offers the following programs:
• “Women’s Rights Training” open and free for all those who are interested
• “My Body, My Right” designed for young women
• “Pre-natal Program” for pregnant women
• “No One is Perfect” for mothers with infants between the ages of 0 and 5
• “Life Starts Now” for women over the age of 40
• “Roundtable Discussions”

In addition, the Center organizes the following clubs:
• Film Club
• Book Club
• Career Corner
• Youth Program – “Teens at the Start of Maturity”

The Center runs several programs in the various marzes throughout the Republic of Armenia as well as in the city of Shushi in the Republic of Nagorno-Karabagh.

The Center is open
Monday through Saturday 10:00 – 19:00
Sunday closed
