Non-governmental association “Avangard” is the charitable organization operating in Gali region since  February 2001. There are 12 permanent  staff members working in different projects and 6 volunteers in the organization.

Our mission is

To strengthen civil society through education, promotion of democracy and support of active citizenship, protection of human rights of population

Our goals are:

–         Strengthening of democracy and civil society

–        Protecting human rights

–         Empowering women in all spheres of our life

–        Improving living conditions of the vulnerable population, basically of women and children

–        Improvement of living conditions of the population in whole through income generation projects
